Our History

At Cedar Tree Assisted Living Facility LLC, we pride ourselves on meeting all of the needs of the residents and their families.

The business was started in 1999 as a way to help the owner's elderly mother receive the best care for her. Staff are long-term employees and strive to give appropriate, economical care in the least restrictive environment.

Why We Provide Care

In 1999, Cedar Tree Assisted Living LLC was formed as a response to the owner's elderly mother needing more assistance after an illness. However, her strong and independent mother did not want to live with her children. So, based on a family friend's advice, they decided to purchase a house near their home. They renovated the property and became licensed in the state of Maryland to provide care for elderly people. Her mother loved living there and being taken care of day and night. Cedar Tree Assisted Living Facility LLC is a true labor of love.

We take care of elderly people because we are driven by a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. We find fulfillment in providing compassionate care and support to elderly residents, fostering meaningful relationships, and contributing to their well-being and quality of life. We utilize our skills and expertise in healthcare, hospitality, and/or social services to create a supportive and nurturing environment. Additionally, we are drawn to the sense of community and camaraderie among our fellow staff members. We look for opportunities for personal and professional growth that come from serving in a dynamic and rewarding field.

We are open and honest about our service and say what we can and cannot do, will provide clients with the service we have undertaken to provide.

We firmly believe in considering the views of all those involved in the care treatment plans for residents --social workers, family members, doctors, nurses, and staff caregivers. We aim to recruit skilled cheerful staff with experience working with those residents who may need hospice--physical therapy--insulin medical injections.
